Returns

Returns are accepted no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Returns are entirely managed and organized by shoelosophy.it which will organize the collection of the goods to be returned on your behalf, just send us your return request via any of our contact forms.

*€ 7.00 as management costs will be excluded from the refund of returns (we invest time and raw materials to prepare each individual shipment).

**The returned goods must include the packaging, labels and tags in the exact conditions in which they were sent to you; should we find missing or damaged components, we reserve the right to change or, in serious cases, cancel the refund amount.

***Return requests on items subject to release are not accepted.

Substitutions

The size change or replacements are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 70.00. For exchanges involving amounts lower than € 70.00 you will be asked to pay € 6.90 for both shipments (return return + exchange shipment).
