EU CUSTOMERS

Returns are allowed within 14 days by the delivery date. Returns shipping costs are at the customer’s charge; for the returned items we will issue the refund within 24/48 working hours excluding the original shipping costs. If you need an exchange, it’s possible but shipping costs will be all at the customer’s charge 

•⁠  ⁠The returned items must include original tags, labels with any kind of damage on the packaging. If we find missing or damaged components, we reserve the right to modify or, in severe cases, delete the refund amount.

Return requests are not accepted for items subject to release.

NON EU CUSTOMERS

Return requests are not accepted from countries outside E.U. due to custom policies.

For Extra E.U. countries shoelosophy.it is not responsible if your parcel will be charged by the destination custom with any kind of amount, duty.
