Returns and replacements Italy:

RETURNS:

It is It is possible to submit return requests no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Returns will be managed entirely by shoelosophy.it which will organize the collection of the goods to be returned on your behalf; simply send your return request to the email info@shoelosophy.it.

Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued within 24/48 working hours.

€7.00 will be deducted from the refund of returns as management costs (we invest time and raw materials to prepare each individual shipment)

The items to be returned must include original tags, labels and must not present any type of damage or tampering, in exactly the same condition in which they will be delivered to you. In the event of missing or damaged components, we reserve the right to modify or, in more serious cases, cancel the entire refund amount.

*Return or replacement requests for items subject to release are not accepted.

The changes Size o Replacements are free for orders coming from Italy, just send your request to the email info@shoelosophy.it.

CUSTOMERS RESIDENT IN THE EU:

Returns and replacements for customers residents in the European Union they are accepted no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Simply send your return request to the email info@shoelosophy.it for more detailed instructions.

The original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.


CUSTOMERS RESIDENTS OUTSIDE THE EU:

For customers residing outside the European Union, returns or replacement requests are not accepted due to customs policies.
