The Roughneck is the only Moc Toe model with a Vibram Lug sole, with a pronounced tread for maximum grip. The 2949 is the ideal companion for walks in the forest or concrete jungle. Your feet stay dry and you will walk safely in any weather. It is based on the 875 Moc Toe footwear icon, which was extremely popular among American farmers and hunters in the 1950s. Black Oil Slick leather matches every outfit and is characterized by a visible texture. The Red Wings are partially handcrafted, emphasizing attention to detail. We offer this model in a wide variety of colors with the white Traction Tred insulating outsole. A little side note: the word Moc Toe comes from the term "Moccasin", which means "sole" in the Algonquian language.
