Return

Returns are accepted no later than 14 days from the delivery date. The refunds are entirely managed and organized by Shoelosophy.it which will organize the collection of the goods to be returned on your behalf, just send us your request for return through any of our contact form. 

*From the reimbursement of the return will be excluded € 7.00 as management costs (we invest time and raw materials to prepare every single shipping). 

** The returned goods must include packaging, labels, and the cards in the exact codations in which it was sent to you; If we find missing or damaged components, we reserve the right to modify or, in serious cases, cancel the refund amount.

Replacements

The size or replacements are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 70.00. For changes relating to the amounts of less than € 70.00 you will be requested for € 6.90 for both shipments (return made + gearbox shipping).
