This shoe is made with Blake manufacturing, whose stitching remains visible. It was in 1858 that the shoemaker Leeman Reed Blake, a young employee of the Singer sewing machine manufacturer, invented this technique which offered greater softness and lightness to the shoe. Simple edged pan derby, 2 eyelets. Lined in model leather, internal and external blake-type stitching on real rubber sole. Handmade in Spain.
