Description
Whaleback is the solid color Oxford cotton shirt that combines timeless charm and Sebago graphic references. The button-down model was born on polo fields at the end of the 19th century and over time became an icon for American campus students, English Mods and film stars. Sebago offers it with a breast pocket, darts on the sleeve and the inevitable hook on the back to conveniently hang the garment. The inside of the placket is decorated with the logo label. Its name is the Whaleback Lighthouse, a historic tower that presides over the mouth of the Piscataqua River in Kittery, Maine (USA), built in 1872 and registered in the American National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
