Description
Our Tin Cloth Insulated Work Vest combines our legendary waxed cotton and innovative PrimaLoft® insulation for a multi-purpose layer with the features of our favorite vests of the past three decades. The shell is made of oil-finished Tin Cloth fabric, with roots dating back to the rainy Pacific Northwest forests of the 1920s and a proven ability to withstand the harsh conditions encountered by foresters, hunters and craftsmen. The tightly woven duck canvas provides a nearly impenetrable barrier to thorns, brambles and abrasion and, thanks to its robust waxed finish, shakes off water and mud without problems. 60g PrimaLoft® Gold insulation provides lightweight warmth that mimics goose down, but unlike down, it retains warmth even if it gets wet. This durable vest is lined with our signature dry-finish Cover Cloth fabric for natural comfort, and its keyhole hem keeps you covered when bending or climbing. The sliding front zipper is made of metal for guaranteed reliability. The ribbed collar is a special wool blend, for a feeling of warmth that only wool can offer. Pockets are taken from our best-selling wool vest: flannel-lined handwarmer pockets, stash chest pockets, and utility slit pockets. The insulating Tin Cloth work vest: made with the best materials, designed for work and just as functional in the field as on the construction site.
